CargoScan — Freight Order Analyzer
Extracts structured data from freight order PDFs in any language, including scans and photos, in 1-2 minutes instead of 15-20. A fast model handles clean text PDFs; a vision model takes over for scans — you only pay for what’s actually used.

Connects to any tachograph over Bluetooth and reads the driver card: full offline analysis of driving/rest time, violations and GPS, with export to PDF, Excel and DDD — the same ground covered by established tachograph-reader tools. Built on top of that: a voice AI assistant for drivers, real-time pay tracking, live fleet-wide visibility for dispatchers, and direct integration with CargoScan.

What does M2X Lab do?
We’re a small automation studio that designs and builds AI agents, workflows and automation tools for operational processes. CargoScan is our first live product; we also build custom automation for individual businesses.
What is CargoScan?
An AI tool that reads freight order PDFs — including scans and photos, in any language — and extracts the structured data a logistics team needs to confirm an order, cutting review time from 15-20 minutes to 1-2 minutes.
Is TachoScan available yet?
Not yet — the core engine is built and we’re moving into UI/UX now. Message us to get notified when it’s ready, or to help shape what it does first.
Do you only build finished products, or custom work too?
Both. CargoScan and TachoScan are our own products, but a lot of our work is custom automation built for one specific business — agents, integrations, workflows tailored to how you actually operate.
